Relioworks does not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases due to the custom and technical nature of our industrial machinery.
However, all machines include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. If a part fails under normal use, we provide free replacement parts and remote technical support. Customers cover return shipping if a defective part must be sent back.
Returns are accepted only if:
- The item arrives visibly damaged, or
- The wrong model/specification was shipped.
To request a return, contact [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos. Keep all original packaging. Once verified, we’ll issue return instructions. Refunds or replacements are processed within 15 business days after receiving the item.
Cancellation policy:
- Within 24 hours of ordering (before production): full refund.
- After 24 hours but before shipment: cancellation allowed with a 2.6% processing fee.
- After shipment: no cancellations. Refused deliveries incur restocking fees (up to 20%) and return shipping costs.
Returns due to buyer error (e.g., wrong voltage or model) are not accepted. All machines undergo strict pre-shipment quality checks. Confirm specifications carefully or consult our technical team before ordering.
