We offer international shipping services via DHL, FedEx, TNT, and UPS. We guarantee timely delivery with full tracking throughout the entire process. Typically, we select the most suitable courier for your destination. Of course, you may also contact us to choose your preferred shipping service. We commit to rigorously inspecting all international shipments before dispatch to ensure accurate delivery.

Order Confirmation and Shipping

After placing your order and completing payment, we will send you an order confirmation via email within 1 hour. You can also check your order status on the “My Account” page.

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days after confirmation. You will receive an email containing the tracking number to monitor your order’s status.

Shipping Fees

To the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand:

Free shipping on all orders! (Note: Remote areas may incur additional shipping charges.)

To other countries:

Shipping fees are calculated based on order amount and destination country/region. Orders under US$100 incur a $20 shipping fee, while orders over US$100 qualify for free shipping.

  5. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship within 3-5 business days after the holiday period ends.
