All items on this website are priced in U.S. dollars.
The order amount consists of the product cost and shipping fees. To the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand: Free shipping on all orders! (Note: Excludes remote areas). To other countries: Shipping fees are calculated based on order amount and destination country/region. Orders under US$100 incur a $20 shipping fee, while orders over US$100 qualify for free shipping.
When ordering from Relioworks, please note that all orders ship from China. You may be subject to applicable import duties and taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and will be levied when the goods arrive in your destination country.
There are no hidden fees from us—you pay exactly what’s shown at checkout.

What If My Payment Fails?
If your payment doesn’t go through, your bank may have blocked the transaction as unusual. Please contact your bank directly, provide the order amount or reference number, and ask them to approve the charge. Once authorized, you can retry the payment.
